The Master and his wife, Emma, arranged a super holiday to North Yorkshire and were joined by 31 Guild members, including 2 with "big birthdays".  We visited so many lovely places, including Ripon Cathedral, Fountains Abbey, Whitby, Castle Howard and a day around York - was the highlight the visit to the National Railway Museum where eveyone gamely took a trip on the miniature railway, or maybe is was the fish and chips at the Magpie in Whitby? Perhaps it was the black tie dinner at York Mansion House with the Lord Mayor of the City of York?
