We offer a range of gifts and practical items, available exclusively by mail order from the Guild Office or at our Joining and Welcoming Ceremony for new members.  We can also bring small items to Guild events  to deliver them to you in person. Ties and jewellery may be worn by the partners of Guild members at Guild events and make lovely gifts.

  • Jewellery is supplied with a presentation box.
  • Items are dispatched within two weeks of receipt of order, except where indicated.
  • Prices include packing, postage within the UK, and VAT.  For overseas or signed for (insured) delivery please contact the Clerk for a quote.

 

Gemset Polished Metal Brooch

2-tone polished gilt metal, cut out to a special shape and pierced through ~ overall size approximately 32mm x 35mm.  The Brooch is individually hand-set with imitation diamonds and rubies, and comes with a 3-part jeweller's brooch pin on the reverse, in the form of a D-ring with safety chain. It comes in its own presentation box, with the Royal Warrant gold-blocked on the inside lid.

Volume I
"The Guild of Freemen of the City of London" was published on the 75th Anniversary of the foundation of the Guild, in September 1983. It is written by Past Master the late Colin Dyer and traces the fascinating story of the formation of the Guild through to modern times. Hardback, 194 pages.

Silk Tie

For formal occasions, the silk Tie in Wine or Blue has the Guild's Coat of Arms in heraldic colours, both in a central position and in shadow weave throughout the tie. 

For less formal occasions, the silk Country Tie is designed in red, gold and white diagonal stripes, with the Guild's Coat of Arms woven in at the bottom.

Wall Plaque

The Guild's Coat of Arms is individually hand-painted on an embossed Shield and mounted on a solid wood base. It measures approximately 6inches by 7inches (15cm by 18cm) and comes in its own presentation box.

Hand-Embroidered Guild Slippers

Custom Order Only

These stylish velvet slippers feature the Guild's Crest in gold and silver wire and coloured threads.  Beautifully lined in satin quilt, with a leather sole and heel, they are hand-embroidered and handmade to order in the UK.

They are available in the folliowing sizes:
Ladies - 2 to 9 including half sizes
Gentlemen - 5 to 14 including half sizes

We will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the size, and also the colour of velvet and lining required.

Velvet Colours available: black, wine, navy, bottle green, brown, red or regal purple.
Lining Colours available: black, red, blue, wine or gold satin quilt.

""The Guild was formed in 1908 for all fellow Freemen of the City of London – today we number almost 1,500 members from all backgrounds, and from a wide range of professions.  In addition, our Annual Programme is the City’s most extensive. It features events with privileged access for Members and their guests, ranging from opportunities to dine in London’s finest Livery Halls, to less formal activities. Our Annual Banquet is a highlight of the Guild’s calendar and attracts members from all over the world.
