What a fantastic evening at Cafe Spice Namaste!  A real departure for the Guild - curry night but with a culinary Masterclass delivered by celebrity chef Cyrus Todiwala. Cyrus cooked several Keralan dishes while giving us a history lesson and delivering anecdotes ... as well as plenty of culinary tips. The demonstration was followed by a delicious contemporary three course Keralan meal with wine and Mumbai Bad Boy beer. Photos of the event can be found here
