The Master invited the London Nordic Choir to the Guild's Carol Service at St Stephen Walbrook, the Lord Mayor's church. After a lovely service, conducted by the Revd Hilary Ison, the choir performed Santa Lucia which celebrates bringing light into the darkness of winter. It was a truly magical performance as the 18 strong choir processed around the church by candlelight, led by Lucia wearing a crown of lighted candles, as they sang "Santa Lucia". Afterwards we enjoyed a glass of wine and canapes as we admired the architecture of the church.
