Virtual Chocolate Tasting (with real chocolate!)

The Master has invited Jennifer Earle of Chocolate Ecstasy Tours to host a chocolate tasting for the Guild. Jennifer is on the Grand Jury for the Academy of Chocolate Awards and is a senior judge for the International Chocolate Awards.

You will be sent the Mystery Tasting Pack with the six 10-15g pieces of artisan chocolate bars, cocoa nibs, a tasting guide, a tasting sheet, 3 recipes, a postcard and a £5 voucher towards an in-person tour once they start running again, or one of her online Mystery Chocolate Tastings (completely different chocolate to what she offers in the private tastings).

She will guide the group through the tasting of the cocoa nibs and the chocolates, using the method she uses as a judge.

The tasting will be on Thursday 11th March at 7.00pm GMT by Zoom and lasts one hour. You can find out more about Chocolate Ecstasy Tours here; www.chocolateecstasytours.com

The Chocolate Mystery Tasting pack is £33.64 per person including postage (UK only for this one, sorry). Please note that we will share your email address with the Chocolate Ecstasy Tours for tracking your package. The only allergen (within ingredients) is dairy.
