East India Club Lunch + Antiques Talk by Lennox Cato

Wednesday 1st July 2026

Start: 12.30pm | Finish: 3.30pm approx.

THIS EVENT WILL GO TO BALLOT
The Master has organised a Guild luncheon at the East India Club, St. James's Square, London.  The East India Club, founded in 1849, was originally established for “the servants of the East India Company and Commissioned Officers of Her Majesty’s Army and Navy”.  The legacy of those early members, home on furlough from far-flung lands, continues today.  The Club has extensive pictures, artifacts and memorabilia from that period.

At the luncheon Lennox Cato DL will give a talk on his specialism and passion for furniture and decorative items from the Georgian and Regency periods, and how these led him to become one of the furniture specialists on the famous BBC1 Antiques Roadshow.   Always with a keen eye on quality and design, Lennox Cato has built up an international reputation with clients from around the world.

Come and join the Master and experience the atmosphere and hospitality of the East India Club and enjoy a fascinating talk by Lennox Cato.
