The Master is delighted to be able to offer a virtual event called 'Treasures of the Tower', and we are fortunate to have Guild member Garry Wykes as our Guide.
Garry worked at the Tower of London for 12 years and retired as the Jewel House Warden. His talk will include some of the amazing history and facts about the Tower with an illustrated background to the world-famous Crown Jewels and Royal Regalia.
Garry will also touch on some of the moving and tragic events in the Tower's 1,000 year history and include amusing anecdotes of dealing with the large numbers of tourists who visit each year.
The presentation lasts approximately one hour and is limited to 100 people. This event is free of charge though you might like to make a donation to the Guild charity; https://uk.virginmoneygiving.com/donation-web/charity?charityId=1015868&frequencyType=M&utm_source=extbtn&utm_campaign=donatebtn
If you apply online, even if an event is free of charge, you will need to tick a payment method and submit the application. You should get a confirmation email.

In addition, our Annual Programme is the City’s most extensive. It features events with privileged access for Members and their guests, ranging from opportunities to dine in London’s finest Livery Halls, to less formal activities. Our Annual Banquet is a highlight of the Guild’s calendar and attracts members from all over the world.
