Virtual Cheese Tasting (real cheese!)

The Master has invited past World Cheesemonger of the Year Andy Swinscoe of The Courtyard Dairy to host a cheese tasting for the Guild, during which as he will guide us through six of the very best cheeses, discussing with us their flavours, their histories and why a good cheesemonger would be delighted with them. The six x 100g portions of cheese to be tasted will be delivered to any address nationwide (UK only for this one, sorry) in time for the tasting, along with the matched accompaniments (crackers and preserves) to enjoy at the same time. Your delivery will include the cheeses to be tasted, plus a tasting sheet, map and flavour wheel.

The tasting will be on Monday 18th January at 7.00pm GMT and lasts one hour. You can find out more about the Courtyard Dairy here https://www.thecourtyarddairy.co.uk

Cheese and accompaniments are £35 per person; you can add a half bottle each of white and red wine or six beers (£55 total per person). If you would like to add wine or beer, then please email clerk@guild-freemen-london.co.uk to let us know so we can amend your booking. Please note that we will share your email address with the Courtyard Dairy for tracking your package. Do let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
