Reception and Dinner - Saddlers' Hall

Wednesday 26th June 2019

Start: 7.30 pm | Finish: 10.30 pm

This event has passed

The Master is planning his second black tie dinner at Saddlers' Hall, home of one of the very oldest of the City of London Livery companies. The earliest surviving records of a Guild of Saddlers in London date from circa 1160 AD, although the Guild could well pre-date that. The hall is a magnificently appointed building furnished with historic treasures, period furniture and paintings.

The Master and his guest speaker will welcome you at a sparkling reception, before making your way into the Great Hall where we will enjoy a fine dining three-course dinner with wine, followed by the Loving Cup Ceremony, port and speeches.

This event follows our welcoming ceremony for new members, who may wish to continue their celebrations by attending this lovely dinner.
