Red Cross Christmas Market 27th and 28th November 2023

Over fizz and canapes at the Grand Opening, or a festive lunch or champagne afternoon tea the following day, you can browse over 100 stalls selling delicious treats, festive decorations, stylish clothes, and beautiful homeware. More details will be on the website nearer the time. https://www.redcross.org.uk

As in previous years, the Guild will be running second hand book stall.  Renter Warden, Adrian Waddingham is leading on this and he needs Guild members assistance on two counts:
1.  Can you offer your time to help set up the stall on Sunday 26th November?  Or help to sell the books for a couple of hours or so on the Monday and Tuesday?
2.  Do you have any books to donate?  Take a look at your shelves and ask if you really will reread those tomes.  If you think you won’t, please start making piles for the Guild stall to support the phenomenal work that the Red Cross delivers year after year, often in war torn environments.
Please contact Adrian Waddingham CBE at rajwaddingham@btconnect.com if you can offer either your time or books.
