7th Reflections of The Lord Mayor Gala Evening - 20th June 2022

This Gala Evening at Guildhall is an event designed as a celebration of civic life in the City of London and an opportunity for former Lord Mayors to give unique personal perspectives on their time in office. In 2022, Sir Charles Bowman, Sir Peter Estlin and Sir William Russell will take to the stage as speakers and interview each other about their respective periods in office. This is a first for LMReflects, to have three immediate former officeholders for an evening of wide-ranging recollections and candid insights about their respective periods as Lord Mayors of London; a fitting return for Reflections – a landmark evening after the absence of meeting points over the past 18 months plus. The evening will include a drinks reception, and this is followed by a delightful three-course dinner with accompanying wines, a cheese platter, coffee and petit fours, and will finish with a traditional stirrup-cup. Music is provided by musicians from the Royal College of Music Junior Department. The evening includes a business card draw for a bottle of a Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV.
