Gibson Hall - Reception and Black Tie Dinner

Gibson Hall, one of the City's greatest Banking Halls, was the venue for the Guild to mark the 'Foundation of the Guild on the 29th July 1908'.

To mark the occasion, the Guild held their 'birthday party' with a gourmet dinner, after a champagne reception in the Courtyard Garden with The Centenary Master, Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, who met many of the Guild members and their guests before dinner.

Music played throughout the reception and dinner, before the evening drew to a memorable close.
